  I highly recommend Dr. Laura and her team! When I arrive, the lobby is very home like, check in is fast and easy. Daisy always remembers me and I am usually whisked away to my dental chair in no time. I don't recall ever having to wait very long. Once in my dental chair, there's a tv to keep me entertained while the hygienist is reviewing my chart. They always ask how I'm doing and let me know exactly what they are doing each step of the way. The hygienists are thorough and efficient. Dr. Laura checks me out and lets me know of any concerns she has. She always explains why she recommends something and leaves the decision up to me. Dr. Laura truly cares about me as a patient and I appreciate that. The check out process is just as quick and easy as check in. I pay, schedule my next 6 month visit and I'm out the door! I feel valued as a patient at Columbus Family Dental Center. The fact that I can get in and out, with a thorough check up, in no time is also a plus! Their practice hours are convenient too. My appointments are usually after 5pm and that truly helps with my work schedule. Thanks for such a wonderful dental experience over the last few years! You are appreciated :-)

  I had some bad experiences at dentists over the years that made me reluctant to seek treatment. Dr Bracken and staff were amazing at helping get more comfortable and fully explaining procedures. I am a happy customer with healthy teeth!! I would highly recommend them!
