- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was charged a substantial amount for Invisiline. I understand he is not at fault for my move. However, he or anyone in his office were not able to complete the work on my teeth and have not fairly reimbursed me for the work that was never completed by his office. I have been attempting to resolve this issue with Dr. VanDeventer since Jan 2012. He has been unresponsive and absent from work and essentially unwilling to work through a fair resolution. I would not recommend this Dentist to anyone going forward. Initially, I was impressed with his office and his Staff - Still love his staff. They are what makes his business continue even when he is not there. The care that I received under a different Dentist working in his office was great. However, when you own the business, you have a certain responsiblity to care for patients even when you are not the direct patient contact and that Dentist no longer works for you. Refusing to handle the matter promptly and professionally does not speak well of his character.January 27, 2017by Lori Stansbury
